Incident feedback

Giving continues feedback on incidents will ensure PacketAI trains and improves algorithms for better results.

Feedback can be given on 2 incident anomalies that PacketAI considers the most important:

  • Incident anomaly - the anomaly which is considered the KPI anomaly

  • Incident root cause anomaly - the anomaly which started the incident

Feedback on these anomalies can be given in two steps:

  1. Thumbs up or down(required) - rating the anomaly as accurate or inaccurate

  2. Submitting feedback by selecting a give option or writing a response(not required) - rating the anomaly further to evaluate the results more precisely
