# Incident feedback

Giving continues feedback on incidents will ensure PacketAI trains and improves algorithms for better results.

Feedback can be given on 2 incident anomalies that PacketAI considers the most important:

* **Incident anomaly** - the anomaly which is considered the KPI anomaly
* **Incident root cause** **anomaly** - the anomaly which started the incident

Feedback on these anomalies can be given in two steps:

1. **Thumbs up or down(required)** - rating the anomaly as accurate or inaccurate 
2. **Submitting feedback by selecting a give option or writing a response(not required)** - rating the anomaly further to evaluate the results more precisely
